ABOUT ME

 

I'm a mechanical engineering student, NOAA EPP/MSI Scholar and researcher currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. Actively working as a NOAA EPP/MSI scholar in a mechanical engineering deep sea research at the University of Rhode Island, Bay Campus; design thinking researcher at UPRM; founder of art-based e-commerce Sofie's Art Studio and graphic design director for the Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE) Association. Interested in areas related to Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, CAD Design and Product Design. My future plans are to pursue my  Masters and/or Doctoral Degree in Design and Entrepreneurship. Currently interested in internship positions for Fall and Winter 2021 as well as 2022 Spring  positions.
